My journey to Ruby has been such a whirlwind and an incredible experience. I joined NuCerity originally just to get my products paid for, but as soon as I realized the potential of this business model, I was in 100% and aiming for Diamond. In my 6 months with the company, I have been through so many different emotions and I have had to face many fears and different areas of personal growth, which is just all part of this profession. I have seen my team do the same, and it’s so exciting to see their potential rising and their confidence growing. So, getting to Ruby was quite quick for me, but that is only because of a huge team effort, hard work, and commitment on my part as well. My goal is to build a strong and happy team who love what they do!
I am the type of person who puts 150% into everything I do and I am a very hard worker. You need to put in the hours to get the results. I believe that I have been very coachable in this business, which has definitely helped. I ask A LOT of questions (I think there should be an award for that), and seek help and advice frequently. I share with my upline when I’m struggling and I don’t try to do it all alone. Along the way, I have also learned how I want my business to work and the type of community I would like to build. A key to this was finding amazing business partners to work within both legs.

My WHY is strong, encompassing long term financial security as well as opportunities for my family. I keep coming back to that in the tough times, which is the reason my WHY always needs to be stronger than any rejection or obstacle I might face.
I have received a lot of support from my upline traveling to me for presentations, and encouraging and mentoring me. This has equipped me to show support to my team and I really believe this is key. If people come on board, your best chance at success is supporting them so they too can be successful.
The community within Nucerity is very special, and I love the model in which the only way I can succeed is to help others succeed. It’s awesome!

The products have helped me personally with acne and pigmentation, but I have also seen the products help my niece, sister, husband and others. Seeing people gain confidence from feeling good in their own skin is one of the wonderful parts of doing this business, and seeing these results on people I love makes it even better.
My business advice to others:
• Understand what your belief in the product is, the company, and yourself. It is so important, but sometimes this needs to grow and shape along your journey. If your belief is weak in any of these areas, then that is where you need to put some attention.
• Understand that there will be many days you don’t think you can do it, but this just means you have something else to learn about yourself and another breakthrough to make. Keep going and keep coming back to your why.
• Don’t have a back-up plan if this ‘doesn’t work’!! One of the first Eric Worre videos I watched when I joined the business was where he talked about deciding what you are going to do and go for it, not thinking that if it doesn’t work you can always do A, B or C. Just decide, and don’t look back!
